Resonance & Kinetics was founded by Raul Sotelo, a sales professional with more than two decades of experience building, leading, and transforming sales teams across multiple industries.
After 22 years in the field, Raul saw a pattern: small businesses with incredible products were struggling. Not because they lacked passion, but because they lacked structure. They were outsourcing their growth instead of learning how to control it.
That’s why he created Resonance & Kinetics. To teach business owners how to build internal sales systems that generate consistent revenue without relying on third party agencies.
